The company was established in the 1950's and was sold to Romatex in 1978. Ten years later it was sold to Midland Investments (Pty) Ltd and President Bag (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Johan Hattingh was involved with the company since Romatex days and became the Executive Member in 1998 through a management buyout. In September 2022, Mr Johan Hattingh went into retirement and his Son in Law Roy Burger took controlling share of the business to continue with operations without any changes to the business model.
